An order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

Krinix follows a strict no return/ refund/ exchange policy.
Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal and this is why all our products go through a strict quality check before it is packed. Our team makes sure that all items are in perfect condition, well packed and dispatched on time.

In case you receive an incorrect or broken item or if an item is missing from your order email our customer care team krinixcare@gmail.com within 24 hours. Make sure to attach a package opening video from start to end without any cuts or editing. Make sure you start shooting before cutting open the parcel or else the claim will be rejected.
No complaints shall be entertained without opening video.

Complaints for items priced at Rs. 99 to Rs.199 will not be entertained as they are handmade and may have certain negligible imperfections. Items purchased from clearance sale are not eligible for complaints.

If you receive a damaged parcel, make sure you to take a few pictures of it before opening the parcel, so that we can raise a dispute with courier for mishandling. When you place an order with us, you agree to the above terms & conditions.

A damage product dispute may take 10 - 12 working days to be solved.

Shipping Policies
Krinix is not responsible for any delays caused by courier partner. We dispatch orders within 2 to 5 working days from our warehouse.
Delivery time depends on courier partner and your location.
Please note that Krinix is an e-ccommerce website and doesn't directly deliver to customers but uses domestic courier services.
Hence, Krinix shall not be held liable for any delays occurring after dispatch. You can raise a complaint via email if it has been delayed for over 30 days and our team will help solve it.

If your package couldn't be delivered due to given incorrect address or number, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
The customer will need to pay RTO charges + shipment for 2nd round of shipping.

When you place an order, you agree to our stores terms and conditions, which cannot be modified , changed or edited.
Ps : To avoid such inconveniences please cross check your delivery details while placing the order.

If a user does not agree with the specified terms & conditions, the user may refrain from using this platform. All store policies are permanent and no exceptions shall be made in any case. A user is bound to these conditions while placing an order as they tick the "terms & Conditions" check box while placing an order. This indicates that the user has read and agreed to our store policies.
